    Property administration assistant (Chinese Speaking)

    Administrative assistant be responsible for the day-to-day management and maintenance of a condominium. This role requires a combination of administrative, managerial, and customer service skills.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Management:
    Collect monthly rental fee from tenant.
    Pay bills and maintain financial records.

    Property Maintenance:
    Oversee the maintenance and repair of room.
    Coordinate with contractors and vendors for necessary repairs and maintenance.

    Tenant Relations:
    Act as the main point of contact for tenants regarding concerns, inquiries, and requests.
    Address tenant complaints and work to resolve disputes among tenants and owner.

    Administrative Duties:
    Maintain accurate records of all tenant information, contracts, and correspondence.
    Manage key access and security systems.
    Handles lease agreements, move-in/move-out procedures, and parking allocations.

    Emergency Response:
    Be available to respond to emergencies and incidents outside of regular working hours.

     

    Qualifications:

    • Must have full working rights in Thailand.
    • Must have a current driver's license.
    • Property work experience will be given priority. If not, we can provide the training.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to handle conflict resolution and problem-solving.
    • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
    • Availability for on-call responsibilities, including weekends.
